Letter to Japanese Newpapers

On August of 2015 the lette below was sent from the Caleen Sisk, Chief and Spiritual Leader of the Winnemem Wintu Tribe, and Raven Stevens, Gateway Neighborhood Association representative. It was sent to 4 different Japanese newspapers in major urban areas of the country. The newspapers were Asahi, Yummier, Mainichi and Tokyo.
